Room, an installation by paint + paper Collective (Susan Barton-Tait and Corine van Hoeve), explores themes of solitude, human connection, and the cultural separation between work and home. A contemplative dialogue unfolds between the sculptural objects, painted surfaces, and the viewer. Susan’s fibre-based forms echo the quiet intimacy of Corine’s visual language, reflecting shared experiences of domesticity, labour, and memory.
